Hello, my name is Amanda Mortimer.

I have loved photography my whole life. I started taking pictures on a field trip to Washington DC when I was in grade school. On that trip, I had to borrow my mother's camera. Impressed with the pictures I came home with, she let me keep it.

Several years and several cameras later, I have made the leap from film to digital. That leap... and some coaxing from my loving husband, ultimately resulted in this website.
